The sequel to the 2022 thriller, Fall, starring Virginia Gardner and played out almost entirely atop a deserted two-thousand-foot tall tower, Fall 2: Deadpoint has released. This time around, the duo find themselves in trouble atop a cliff face with thousands of feet between them and the ground below.
Directed by twins, Michael and Peter Spierig (Predestination, Saw spin-off, Jigsaw, vampire flick, Daybreakers with Ethan Hawke), Fall 2: Deadpoint stars Arsema Thomas (Lady Danbury in Netflix's Queen Charlotte, A Bridgerton Story) and Harriet Slater. It released on 2 September 2026 in US theatres.
Stuck on Mount Kwan
While details are limited, the synopsis says that Jax Hunter (Slater) is dealing with the loss of her sister, Shiloh (Virginia Gardner, reprising her role from the first Fall film). She finds a kindred spirit in Shiloh's adventurous pal, Luce (Thomas). When the two set out to conquer Mount Kwan, everything goes south, and the pair find themselves stranded on a cliff face with little to hold onto.
Written by Jonathan Frank and Scott Mann (who directed the first Fall), with Mann also serving as producer, Fall 2: Deadpoint is a Lionsgate horror-thriller release. Tom Brittney (Grantchester) rounds out the cast as Jon Platt.
Shot on location in Thailand, Fall 2: Deadpoint was shot by DP, Andrew Strahorn, with Tim Despic composing the score.
