Where we stand
HDHubs4 is a film news site. We write about movies and web series, which means previews, short story setups, cast and crew details, release dates and industry news. We are readers of cinema, not distributors of it.
Piracy takes money from the writers, technicians, actors and crews whose work we cover. When a film loses its cinema and streaming income, its team is paid less and its next project may never be made. The industry we write about is the one piracy harms.
What we do not do
- We do not host, upload, stream, embed or distribute any film, television programme or copyrighted video file.
- We do not publish links to copies of films, magnet links, torrent files or mirror sites.
- We do not link to or send readers toward unlicensed streaming sites.
- We do not publish leaked footage, camera recordings or pre-release material.
What we do instead
Where we know a film is legally available in India, its article has a Where to watch section that links to the licensed platform, or to an official ticket booking service while the film is in cinemas. Where we do not know, we say nothing rather than guess.
Trailers are embedded from the official YouTube channel of the studio, streamer or music label that uploaded them, so every view counts for the rights holder. Posters and stills appear at modest size beside our own writing, as fair dealing for criticism and review under Section 52(1)(a)(ii) of the Copyright Act, 1957. All posters, stills, trailers, logos and trademarks remain the property of their owners.
If you hold the rights
If you believe anything here infringes your rights, whether an image, a quotation, an embedded video or a link, write to [email protected] with the page address and what you would like removed.
A formal legal notice is not needed. We would much rather fix something quickly than argue about it. The full procedure, and what a formal notice should contain, is on our DMCA page.
A word to readers
If you enjoyed a film we wrote about, watch it on a licensed service or buy a ticket. It costs little, and it is the only thing that reaches the people who made it.
